Meet Sharon Marie.

Let me start by introducing myself.
Hi:) I’m Sharon Marie and this is my story. I’ve been a professional makeup artist with an active cosmetology license for over 16 years and have been independently working for 6 years. I love to do hair, but makeup is where my heart and soul lies. I specialize in weddings and special event hair and makeup. I’m known for my natural makeup looks. Natural is different to everyone but to me it is the best version of yourself, whatever that means to YOU. Part of my specialty is my intuition. I can read people really well and know how to put those nerves at ease. Makeup is a very vulnerable process and I don’t take that lightly.

What I do and what you think sets me apart?

The makeup look I’m know for is more of natural but “glam” for you look. My goal is for my clients to feel like the best version of themselves without feeling like they have to much makeup on. I’m know for my speed and precision. All those years of slinging makeup in Chicago and Austin while multitasking has made me a pro at holding a conversation, being cool, calm and collected and getting the job done at a speedy but perfected rate. In the makeup community I am known for being genuine, honest, reliable, professional, and consistent. I know this because I asked my peers! haha Anyone who knows me knows I don’t brag on myself. I let my work speak for itself.

Experience is what sets me apart from other makeup artists. I’ve been in the industry for so long now that I’ve done every skin tone, skin concern, age group, trends; you name it I’ve encountered it. I’m most proud that I am able to do what I love every day for a job. It doesn’t feel like work. It feels like girl time, being creative, getting to know people, being there on their biggest life moments, breaking down vulnerabilities and replacing it with trust. That is irreplaceable.
